We take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is carefully quality-checked before being packed and shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
